When did Prozac start working for you?

I’ve been on prozac for about 4 weeks now and i’ve noticed increased anxiety and intrusive thoughts. These past weeks have been horrible and i even went to the ER because of an intense panic attack. I’m taking it for anxiety, suspected ocd and DP/DR. I’m so tired all the time and so dissociated and weird. My brain can’t turn off and i’m constantly googling things and trying to figure everything out (i know it doesn’t help but i can’t help it right now) i’m just wondering when it started working for you?
