Is passmed comprehensive enough for MSRA?

Have been using passmed for the past few weeks and doing questions system by system. Started with cardiology and noticed that the overwhelming majority of questions relate to HTN management, ACS management, cardiac arrest algorithm and side effects of common anti hypertensives.

Is this what really comes up on MSRA? In other words, are the topics emphasised on passmed quite representative of the actual exam?

Just wondering if passmed is a comprehensive enough resource for MSRA in terms of pure clinical knowledge.
