My side hu$tle atm! just trying to share and get ideas from others how they do things.

i enjoy driving around town or searching marketplace for items that are free or simple fixes and i flip them on the marketplace (fb) . fridgerator, dishwashers, washers and dryers . broken zero turns/even push mowers. they sell pretty fast . 75% of washers and dryers still work. 80% push mowers just need oil change/gas change/carb clean. i meet people everyday doing this and some of them take my number and call me when they have something they want gone. i also sell the mowers 50-100$ also they call back sometimes for maintenance/repairs. washers n dryers 80-150 singles 200-250 as a set and i deliver/install bc sometimes get a tip for doing so. and whatever stuff i get i cannot fix or resale goes to scrapyard. the big appliances are 20-40$ ea at scrapyard. batteries make money too like 5$ a piece if scrap . but check it out bc if its a good battery and been tested its easily worth about 40-60$ i try to keep prices pretty affordable bc you dont want to just end up stuck with this stuff and it will add up quick if your are gathering and not selling. i always grab movies\games if sealed cases only (NBO). ebay sells 5-20$ depends on movie. games get quite high if right ones. any consoles psp/ps2/360/wii etc complete with cords 80-150$ can get higher with right game bundles together. anything game related almost usually sells if arent charging an arm and leg. im just typin what ive been selling lately. Mostly. mini bikes , goat carts with almost any size engine from 50cc-200cc 250-500$ these small engines are very easy to work on and flip and can even buy a new engine 80-150$ and still come up positive but i try my hardest to not spend anything extra. also find a few dumpsters that arent nasty and regurlarly check them i have found loads of copper and computers and items that are literally brand new that sell very fast. i have accomplished 3 mini bikes and a goatcart and one big red 3 wheeler all running bikes (for my kids and me) lol . all for free from this side hustle/hobby and havent spent nothing but for gas in them. got friends good deals when they needed it most bc of my hobby and ppl close always call me and check before they spend 100s on new appliances. their is sooo much free money out their its crazy. people always saying shit aint free but i highly disagree. p.s. get a truck or trailer. Helps very much especially when need to get rid of some for scrap. but just a truck is usable too just more trips sometimes and wastes gas.
