Interview on Monday, advice?

Hello everyone! I have an interview for the BOH position on the 13th and I want to know what I should expect and if there’s anything I can do to make a good first impression.

What are the chances I get hired? I have had a few odd jobs like cleaning churches, selling cook books, stocking wear houses, and construction. This would be my first REAL job tho.
