Hi long time fan first time going to a game. Have some questions.

I finally have the opportunity to go to a Giants game, iam a fan since 2004.

Questions. 1- what seats would u recommend I have a bad back due to a work place injury and want a comfortable seat.

2-Iam going Sunday July 12 . And would like to get the SpongeBob giveaway hat for my Lil cousin. How early should I arrive to make sure I get one?

3-I have ibs. Do you guys know of any lighter food options. Mainly cant eat oily or high fat food. Doesn't have to be in the park could be outside also.
