App addiction

My summer reinvention of my life.
I deleted YouTube from my iPhone today I will only reinstall if I need video help with a task.
I am deleting Reddit after this post only to return for guidance on matters of importance.
Starting tomorrow I will keep my iPhone off in the morning to see how it feels. I will try to return to reading a book and a radio.
