At ReduceCO2Now, we've been experimenting with a different approach to recruiting.

We no longer conduct traditional job interviews.

Instead, we invite people to join our project meetings, collaborate with the team, and experience the project firsthand. The recruitment process itself becomes a practical test of motivation, teamwork, communication, reliability, and initiative.

Over time, we've collected data from more than **2,000 applicants** from around the world.

Now we have an important question:

**What can we learn from this data?**

We're looking for:

• University professors
• PhD researchers
• Master's students conducting research
• Experts in organizational psychology
• HR researchers
• Industrial and organizational psychologists
• Data scientists interested in people analytics

Possible research topics include:

• Do interviews actually predict success?
• Which applicant characteristics correlate with long-term contribution?
• Can work samples outperform interviews?
• How can volunteer organizations improve recruiting?
• What predicts engagement, retention, and performance?

We believe many organizations still rely heavily on interviews despite growing evidence that structured assessments and work samples may be stronger predictors of future performance.

If you are interested in helping analyze this unique dataset, we'd love to hear from you.

Let's use data to improve how organizations identify talent and create opportunities.

Join us and help shape the future of recruiting.

Can We Predict Success Better Than a Job Interview?
