Been on 5mg a week for 8 months, all of sudden insane supression can barely eat 500 calories

I usually eat 1800-2000 cals; suppression isnt that intense. Out of the blue its insanely strong; ive got the worst sulpher burps of my life. Eaten 300 cals so far today. Anyone else experienced this? No change in diet
