Is there an actual difference between ketamine isomers?

I’ve seen them both offered as different experiences however could be a similar thing to Indica vs Sativa where it’s mostly placebo. The only thing that makes me think it might be different is that there are actual chemical differences unlike the two primary classifications for cannabis.
