Over 1 year post top surgery

Hey all

Had top surgery just over a year ago, since then I’ve noticed that sometimes out of my nipples I get, it almost looks like white pus. I squeeze it and will come out. The “opening” of the nipple looks like a whitehead. It’s kinda hard to explain, it doesn’t hurt. Seems almost like a spot, but it’s actually coming from my nipple.
Then a few days to a week later there’s more?

Has anyone else had this or similar?
