To the CS students getting internships/roles: WHAT are you guys doing different

A little background, my third year of BS Computer Science just finished and by the end of it i have two full stack deployed projects (in MERN with redis caching, dockerized) and one microservices distributed system in golang using kafka as broker, alongside that i have open source contributions in repos actually used by millions.
Even after all this i fail to get interviews, let alone an internship. At this point i don't even understand what more can i do. Can anyone please guide me what is the problem here, what am i doing wrong because my brain has stopped working after all these efforts in 3 years.
