Odd Occurance

For whatever reason while playing Palworld in particular, my audio comes out reversed. What I mean is all audio I hear happens on the oppside side of my headset. If I hear something on the left it's really on the right and vice versa. I'd had this problem once before but I don't remember how I ended up resolving it. If anyone else has had experience with this issue I'd appreciate some assistance.
