Baby stopped eating!!!!

My 14 months old baby stopped eating 3 days ago. It was so sudden, normally she eats TONS! Last 4 days literally zero and I'm not joking. I'm freaking out. She drinks formula and milk cow only, normally I'm not giving formula anymore but I started to give again because im scared she's gonna die? What is happening? She's not sick and she's not teething.
