Can’t Allocate Stat Points

When I try to Enhance Stats in the Inventory menu, I only have the option to select “OK” or “Cancel”. It does not give me the option to add a point into any of the stat points ( Health, Stamina, Attack, Defense, Work Speed, Weight).

I am currently renting a server through Survival Servers and have no other issues other than not being able to allocate stat points.

Any advice/ help would be greatly appreciated.
