Depence PC

Any recommendations for a “budget” PC that satisfies the minimum requirements to run the Depence laser module well? Laser previz will be the only thing I’ll use it for I’m not a gamer.

Bonus question is there a camera that doesn’t mute colors and / or create a lot of banding issues? Don’t say iPhone lol. I’ve tried it with HD/4K 24/30/60 fps dimming exposure etc, Black Magic app, tried matching scan rate… nothing has really been consistent.
