Hello everyone,
Could somebody help me in this matter

We submitted our notice on 9th March for one of the properties of MetCap Living. We confirmed with landlord who was present at that time if it was okay to submit it on that day or we gave them an option that we can come back on March 31st to submit the N9. They approved it and gave us an acknowledgement (which we do not have now)
Now, I received a letter in July by Suites Collection that i have to pay the rent of May and June.

Before leaving on April 30th we confirmed with the property manager if there was anything pending and she said an amount which is a difference between your current rent and last month deposit is balance of 124.50$ which was paid immediately. There was no communication done after that not a single email related to this.

Also, we received a move out inspection notice too on May 5th.

Can someone help me in getting out of this scenario or if someone has faced an issue like that.
