Do you remember that, Erik? I do. I see your father's face when I close my eyes sometimes. And I remember what happened to him.

Complacency does not save people. It never has. It never will.

This situation is not that situation. You are no Nazi, dear "father of mine."

You are a good man. But you are weak. You command a fundamental force of reality with power surpassed only by your upgraded clone and with skill rivalled by no one.

But you squander it. You claim to be a Protector of Genosha, a land for the oppressed. But you do not use your immense power to get infrastructure up and running.

You do not build schools for the children there. You do not establish an economy. You do the bare minimum and let those you're meant to protect try their hand at the rest.

I am you. You but stronger. In mind. In body. In magnetic might. And I will be a better Protector for our people.

Disagree? Come fight me. Prove your worth. I wait for you at the exact location you watched Herr Kalb burn to ash.

Don't feel like it? That is alright. I am satisfied with the unspoken admittance of your failure to be the best protector you can be and I am satisfied with the entire universe hearing it. I am positive it will spur you to be better.
