Barcelona internship? (Finance)

Hi everyone,

I am a Bachelor’s student from Italy majoring in Economics, Banking, and Finance (Financial Markets).

I have just won an Erasmus scholarship for a study exchange in Barcelona for the second semester of 2027 (roughly from february 2027 to July 2027, around 5–6 months).

Since I will already be there studying, I would love to find a short-term or part-time internship in my field to gain some practical experience.

However, I have two main constraints:

1. Contract: I cannot apply for an Erasmus+ Traineeship grant because I am already using the regular Erasmus Study grant for this period. It would need to be a direct internship with the company.

Given this setup, do you think it's realistic to find something in corporate finance, fintech, or financial markets in Barcelona?
Are there specific types of companies (like international startups or global firms) that hire English-speaking undergrads for part-time roles?

Any advice or platform recommendations would be highly appreciated!
