[F4M] Going for a massive breast augmentation without fully considering the consequences

Something that has always intrigued me, among various other interests, is the idea of ​​getting a huge breast augmentation. It's not an unusual procedure in principle, but what particularly appeals to me is the idea of ​​having very large implants that aren't just a flattering enlargement of my natural breast size, but are quite obviously fake. Naturally large breasts are great too, but someone with a large natural bust is simply lucky with their genes - or unlucky if they feel they're too big. But very large, augmented breasts send a different message. If you see a woman with a large, augmented bust, you inevitably notice it. You can't miss it, and you wonder what motivated this woman to undergo such a drastic change. Large, augmented breasts always tell a story because they are preceded by a conscious decision FOR that size.

So much for my pseudo-philosophical introduction... In this scenario, I'd like to slip into the role of a young woman who decides to go down this exact path of massive breast augmentation without fully considering the consequences that come with it. My idea is that I'm basically just an ordinary young woman. Large implants are often associated with bimbos in pink dresses, with long blonde hair and plumped lips. But that's not what I'd be in this scenario. I'd simply be a 19- or 20-year-old who feels the desire to drastically enlarge her breasts. Of course, there would be reasons for this decision, which we could discuss together, but I don't think my character's goal would be to completely give up on her life and become a bimbo.

That's precisely where the appeal lies for me. My character might assume that her breast augmentation will naturally be noticeable to others, but that the changes in her life will still be minimal. What if that's not the case? How will those around her react to her new appearance? These are all questions that could be raised in this scenario.

It's important for me to mention that I always prefer a realistic approach. So I'm not thinking of some magical way to increase breast size, but rather the classic method of augmentation with implants. I'm thinking of a size of about 2500 to 3500/4000cc ;)
