5-day old order still waiting for USPS?

Ordered from the Boox website, US warehouse. Got a shipping notice next morning with a USPS tracking number. For 5 days the USPS status is "USPS Awaiting Item", shipping label created. No way it makes the 7 business day delivery promised on the website.

What gives Boox?
