I finally solved the hiring problem in dentistry

Hi everyone, I don’t mean to promote, i just wanted to find a way to share what I’ve been working on.

So I managed to solve the hiring problem in dentistry, by having practice owners apply to staffs, instead of staff applying for job opening.

The way it works is simple, you create your profile as a dental staff; 

How you want to work eg: full time, part time, temp

Your avalability (eg mon - fri)

Your city, state and if you’re willing to relocate or work remote), 

Your expected pay range and years of experience, 

Dental Software you’ve used, 

CE & training completed, 

Unique skill you bring to the practice, 

Description of your ideal practice, 

How you plan to contribute during low patient volume, or struggles.

Your dealbreakers (eg no DSO, no spousal managed practices etc)

Basically everything an employer needs to make an informed decision on whether you are the right fit for their practice or not. 

So instead of you applying for a job posting, they browse through the platform and apply for staff who fit their budget and criteria. 

You can also view the practice profile. Which includes similar information (things that matters to you as a staff if you decide to work there or not)

Best part is during your off days you can open the temp positions and practices in the area can find you for temp.
