Results of Endoscopy

I had my endoscopy this morning and figured out what is causing my reflux. It is a hiatal hernia. It's 1 centimeter. My report says because of this the gastroesophageal flap valve is classified as Hill Grade III. This mans the tissue fold is barely there and fails to close properly. I think I'm one step closer to surgery to fix the issue. That is my ultimate goal.
