Hair Loss. Please Help

I was diagnosed with FSGS in 2020. Took a lot of immunosuppressents and corticosteroids. Didn’t work so after 3 years i stopped that medication. In 2024, dialysis started. In august 2025, had a renal transplant and had graft failure in 3 days. Had nephrectomy on day 10. Stopped transplant medicines. In late November, started shedding hair. When i was diagnosed, i had such long pretty and thick full volume hair. Over the years i did lose hair but not to the point of me seeing scalp in the mirror. Anyways, started shedding hair a lot in November 2025. Did some research and got to know that its normal and it will go away within weeks or months. Its july 2026, i have lost significant hair and my scalp is quite visible and i don’t know what to do. Drs don’t answer me well. They say its systematic. I was having dialysis for 10 months before transplant and didnt have this hair loss situation. So its not dialysis. But drs aren’t giving me any answers except minoxidil. And i wanna know if the shedding will stop or not. If my hair will grow back or not. At least i should know if i will have to use minoxidil for rest of my life or not. I also have acne issue since i am on dialysis. I never had it in my life but dialysis cause me acne and i have to treat it as well. I didn’t get my periods from January to May. And and now its again has been over months. I never had these problems before. I am 28 years old female.
