Are there any safety shoes out there that dont destroy your heels?

Every single safety shoe ive gotten has destroyed my heels and I cant keep taking ibuprofen and using ointment and putting a bandaid on the back of my heel every shift. Does anyone have a recommendation? Should I just go and try to get a medical exemption? I have my own turbo toes but ive gotten shit from red vests for wearing them.
