Account Connection with TSP / Transfer G fund to IRA?

If I add a connection within my Boldin account to my TSP account, will the Traditional vs Roth accounts be differentiated? Will the accounts just be total TSP investment amounts or will the funds be added individually? Even though withdrawals are pro rata with TSP, I intend to use the G fund as a "cash" account and manually adjust as needed from the other funds to maintain a certain amount in the G fund. I have also toyed with the idea of just rolling over the amount of the G fund into an IRA just before I retire and removing the G fund investment from my TSP portfolio. With that I could access the money I had intended as cash without messing with the pro rata rebalancing and perhaps even earning a little better interest rate in the IRA investment (although stability at that point is more important than growth for that account). Thoughts? I was hoping that Boldin would recognize each fund as it's own investment, but that might be too small of a customer base to justify the extra work.
