Reflashing or selling broken carts?

Have had the system for 2-3 years now, and one of my first carts, Lynx 1 just stopped working. I think there was a power supply issue with my VS that borked it. Unfortunately I did not purchase from Blaze, it being a secondhand legacy cart, so I think I will be unable to send to them (though correct me if I'm wrong! I am a bit proponent for you, Blaze!)

I know there are ways to reflash carts, but I am uninterested going that route myself. Are there any individuals that are willing to do this in the USA? If not, do people ever sell on ebay clearly labeled broken carts for people who have the means and know how to attempt to reflash?
