Baby wearing during work from home recommendations?

I’m looking for recommendations from anyone who currently is a WFH mom or parent. I have a 3 month old and I’m returning back to work in August. He will be 4 months by then. He’s currently 15 lbs and 25 inches long. I already have 2 structured carriers with buckles but it seems like it’ll be a little too much work for a quick pick up and drop off. In your experience did it work for you or are there others that are more comfortable and easier to use? I’ll probably carry him for 2 hours at a time before putting him down to rest or play. If any can also suggest any specific brands that would also be helpful. Thank you. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Bonuses if I can nurse in the carrier. I haven’t tried to nurse yet in my ergo baby carrier but I’m sure it will be helpful to learn and try it out soon.
