Will have to spend 15k mewtwo energy if I mirror trade a shiny with someone?

If I got a shiny bg mew and I wanted to use my lucky trinket to mirror trade with someone, will I have to pay the 7.5k on the trades mewtwo to unlock the first level and then the 7.8k after that? Or will it be 300 for the first level and then 7.8k to max it out?
