I need help with VC 1.0.15 (downgraded Classic with mods)

I am trying to play VC 1.0 on my PC with mods but I’m running into some mechanic and graphics issues. please help. I’ve never played 1.0 in full and these issues are ruining gameplay I have Ultimate Asset Fix Mod and Downgrader installed. i just purchased the Classic edition a few weeks ago and have no save files.

1. Cars and npcs take too long to spawn. A bit aways, too close, the car pops up and then textures fill in. While the textures fill in, npcs pop in and I need to be right on top of them for this.

2. I reset ginput controller set to 5 but I still can’t look around while driving? is this just not possible at all? the right stick is unusable while driving?

3. antialiasing is horrid. any way I can adjust a setting in one of the mod’s config files?
