Heartbroken after NBME 15 Need help!!

I’m 2 weeks away from my Step 2 exam, and I honestly feel crushed.

My NBME scores had been improving consistently, so I was really hoping to see another increase on NBME 15. Instead, I dropped from a 245 on NBME 14 to a 240 on NBME 15.

I know it’s only a 5-point difference, but after working so hard, it feels really discouraging. Now I’m questioning whether I’m doing something wrong and I’m worried about what this means for the real exam.

Has anyone else had a score drop this close to their exam and still ended up doing well? How did you spend your last two weeks? Any advice or reassurance would really help right now.
