ID Verification Failed – "Presented document tampered" but my ID is genuine

Hi everyone,

I'm completing my Micro1 profile, but my ID verification keeps failing with the following message:

The ID I uploaded is a valid, government-issued physical ID and has not been edited or tampered with in any way.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so:

• Were you able to get it resolved?
• Did you have to upload a different ID or retake the photos?
• How long did support take to respond?

I've already contacted the verification team, but I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through the same situation.
