Shipping to other addresses on Tenso after identity verification

Tenso customer service is completely ghosting me so I’m hoping to find others who have been in this situation.

I completed identity verification a month ago, but I’m moving apartments in a couple of weeks so I will have a new address. Per their identity verification instructions, the final step of identity verification is shipping a package to the verified address. They state they can send a postcard to that address instead if you can’t receive packages there and that is what I asked of Tenso a week ago but they haven’t replied.

I have packages arriving to Tenso and I’m trying to figure out what to do. I have the ability to add new addresses and when I go through the shipping form, it doesn’t stop me at any point when I select my new address.

Has anyone else tried to send packages to a different address after verification? I’m trying to decide of I should ship this to my current address to “complete verification” or if I should wait until my other packages arrive to consolidate and ship to my new address.

I’ve also emailed Tenso a second time.
