How much should I spend on my first keyboard?

Planning to get into a new instrument, and kind of confused on a specific thing.

Purpose - just try out something new, and if it works out and I get into it, the instrument shouldn't be lacking. Don't really plan on performing, just self learning.

How much should I spend so that I get all the features which are needed without getting something which is professional grade, because that whould be wasted if I don't get the hang of it.

I saw the keyboards start from around 10k and go upto 25k for the decent ones. Recommendations are appreciated!
