any way to get a permanently disabled account back?

firstly, fuck off any scum ahh scammers tryna sell me shit.

secondly id make a new one but lowk device banned and ngl i had this account for 7 years and its for everything in it. main reason i was banned was because apparently i made multiple accounts to evade my suspension which i didnt even do. i had like 3 accounts connected to my email for diff purposes which i made before even getting banned in the first place so i wrote a email to instagram support but them dickheads dont respond for shit so any hope or methods that worked for permanently suspended people? would much appreciate ❤️
