Denial struggles

I realized that maybe i have problems with denial because i don't have a good enough reason to keep myself denied?? I mean i discovered it once and was thinking how hot it would be to try it and since then i try it for a few days and always fail... I love reading posts on here and see how well some girls are doing🥺 I wish i could be this way too... It's just everytime i'm not in the mood or something i get all bratty and end up cumming😩 my self control and discipline is very bad and demotivating. If anyone experienced it before and would like to help i would be grateful!🥺
