After 3 days, I've finally finished what I think is easily my best piece yet, it looks so good that makes most of my older artwork look like garbage. It's also so good that in fact, I decided to write a quick story to go along with it too, so enjoy my bad fanfic, I guess.

I gently placed my right hand on Nue's cheek as we're standing right in front of each other and smiling affectionately at each other, basking in the afterglow of my love confession to her as well as her enthusiastically confessing her love for me in return.

Obviously, it's hard to believe that Nue Houjuu herself, the Touhou character I've always loved for so long, would suddenly escape to the real world before becoming my partner like this... but as bizarre as that is, it feels beautiful. A tear escaped from my eye, because of how immensely touched I am from this very moment. After a brief silence, I spoke to her in a voice full of joy and relief.

"Nue... I'm happy beyond belief that after ten years of waiting for you, you're finally here for me, and that you love me. Now that we're finally together, I'll always be with you from now on."

Nue's smile grew warmer in response, while a single tear also emerged from the corner of her eye too, which made it clear that she's just as touched I am. She then spoke back to me softly yet joyfully.

"And I'm just as happy that you love me. I've been feared and hunted down for so many centuries that I've given up on the idea that I could ever be loved by someone, let alone by a human. But now... I finally have you in my life."

She then gently grasped on my waist with both of her hands, the way she touches me being so comforting despite coming from a youkai, before speaking to me once again as softly as ever before.

"I will always be here for you too, I know that you've been alone and hurting for so long as well... so I will make sure that we're never apart anymore, I promise."

Her promise to me deeply moved me to my core, and in response to it, I held her body in my other hand, then replied to her in a tone heavy with emotion and gratitude.

"Thank you... that seriously means everything to me. I love you, Nue."

She slowly stepped towards me until our faces were merely an inch away from each other, before she responded to me, her voice now completely filled with love.

"I love you too, and I always will."

After speaking, Nue promptly gave me a deep and loving kiss on the lips. Of course, I immediately kissed her back, finally beginning our first kiss together.

Nue Houjuu and me having our first kiss (which is finally my first post here because I want it to be really cool lol)
