Need help with drop in print quality

Hello. I need help with identifying problems with sudden drop in print quality. My Q2 was printing fine 5-6 day ago. Today i tried printing some boxes for gridfinity with generic PETG: after few layers with standard QIDI settings(pic5) i stopped it , dried filament with QIDI BOX for 5 hours on 65C ,washed plate with soap and hot water. Than i tweaked with filament setting(pic 6) and start new print(pic1-pic4). Some defect like this were before but in less than 0.25%-0.5% all layers for prints.
