Too late to increase supply at 11 weeks?

Hi everyone,

My baby is 11 weeks. He had a latch at the start on one side and initially had jaundice. Pediatrician recommended to supplement with formula and we decided to combo feed. It’s been very tough with torticellis and colic and over time I have been moving towards mostly formula so I am only pumping 2 times a day, getting 4 ounces in the AM and 3 ounces at night for a total of 7-8oz.

I used to be able to pump 5oz at a time, now I struggle to get 3oz pumping for 40 minutes. If i pump 3 hours later not much comes out.

I was ok with formula but now with the formula recalls even with RTF i’m so nervous feeding formula to my baby and feeling so guilty.

Is there any way to get my supply up to even 20-25 oz a day or is it too late? I’m not leaking or engorged anymore.
