Corporate challenge silver status dropped despite fulfillment of conditions

Hi! My spouse and I did the corporate challenge thing and fulfilled the silver status requirements (yes, according to the fine print it should be good) but our account shows that we dropped from silver. I called twice before and thought we were supposed to keep our status through the end of the year.
I wanted to ask for people’s experience before I give them another call. Thanks!
