Elemnt Bolt Heat Tracker Percentage?

I never saw this before. I finished my ride today and on the end ride statistics there was a red line at the bottom which said something like "Heat Track... 16%"

Whatever the rest of the Track word was wasnt visible. Any clue what that number was?
