Long term outcome of Jaw surgery?

In this sub we usually talk about results of djs from 6month-3year mark. As someone who will likely get djs in the future I have questions regarding very long term outcomes.

DJS is not new and surely there will be people who have gotten it 40 years ago too right? I wanna know of those who got it at 20 and are 50 now or someone who got it at 30 and is 60 now. Did it relapse, did any complications arise etc.
