Friend didnt tell me about her boyfriend

To preface, my best friend has quite bad OCD and anxiety. Today I was told that shes had a boyfriend for two months, and I am the last person to know about it. All my friends knew… but the reason she didn’t tell me was because at the time I had been ghosted and she didn’t want me to feel worse. And then she kept putting it off becaude she was worried I would be mad she didn’t tell me in the first place.

I’m upset, but I also understand that her reasoning came from a nice place… what should I do???
