📌 Seller Guidelines
1. Personal Rehomes Only

This thread is intended for members selling watches from their personal collection.

It is not a marketplace for commercial dealers, bulk inventory sales, factory advertising, or drop-shipping.

2. Proof of Ownership Is Required

Every sale post must include at least one photo of the actual watch.

The photo must clearly show:

The watch
A handwritten note with your Reddit username
Today's date

Posts without proof of ownership may be removed.

3. Include Complete Listing Information

Please include the following whenever possible:

Brand & Model
Factory (if applicable)
Movement (if known)
Original Price
Asking Price
Time Owned
Condition
Any Flaws or Modifications
Included Accessories (if any)
Shipping Location

Example:

Rolex Submariner 126610LN | VSF | VS3235 | Original $520 | Asking $430 | Owned for 5 months | Excellent condition with minor clasp hairlines | Full links included | Ships from USA

4. Be Honest About Condition

Please disclose any scratches, dents, timing issues, replaced parts, missing accessories, or other known flaws before completing a sale.

Buyers may request additional photos or videos, and sellers are encouraged to provide them.

Honesty builds trust.

5. Mark Your Item as Sold

Once your watch has been sold, please do not delete your post.

Simply reply to your original comment with:

SOLD

This helps build your reputation within the community and lets others know the listing is no longer available.

📌 Buyer Guidelines
1. Buy at Your Own Risk

All transactions take place directly between members.

The moderation team cannot verify sellers, watches, payments, or shipping.

Please do your own research before sending payment.

2. Ask Questions Before Paying

Feel free to request additional photos, videos, movement information, or shipping details before making a purchase.

3. Respect Seller Privacy

Please do not pressure sellers to publicly disclose where they purchased their watch.

If additional information is needed, continue the conversation through private messages.

4. Use Secure Payment Methods

Whenever possible, choose payment methods that provide buyer protection.

Never feel pressured into making immediate payment.

5. Keep It Respectful

No harassment, price shaming, thread hijacking, or personal attacks.

If you're not interested in a listing, simply move on.

6. Report Suspicious Activity

If you believe a listing is fraudulent or violates community rules, please report it to the moderation team instead of arguing publicly.
