Can i tune my electric guitar to Eb after doing a Professional Setup for E Standard?

Hey everyone,

i just started my guitar journey again and got my Yamaha Pacifica set-up at my local guitar shop for E Standard Tuning.

I want to try Eb Tuning and i wonder if i can just tune my whole guitar to Eb without ruining my setup if i want to tune to EStandard again?

I don't want to tinker myself on the guitar yet.

I hope somebody can help me with that :)
