What are my chances of getting accepted?

My score on 100 scale :

• 10th class - 86.40/100

• 11th class - 81/100

• 12th class - 72.83/100 (i know it's really low , But i also have certificate of being in Top 5% student in my class)

{Overall cgpa 80/100)

Might give SAT in next few months

Certifications :

- Full stack developer course certificate

- Paid internship certificate

- Coursera and edx certificates related to CS

- Topik level 4 (through self learning)

- NGOs certificate

Course I'm applying for : Bachelors in Computer science and engineering

[I am aiming to get at least a full tution wavier + monthly stipend scholarship]

Please let me know which scholarship i can apply to....

Also are there any other universities which i can apply to..
