flashing cel after clutch work

2015 civic si, the car was previously tuned with a clutch max clutch and flywheel. not sure to what extent the tune was. got replaced with exedy lightweight clutch and flywheel and only sometimes at highway speeds, the cel will start flashing and i will lose throttle response. after that goes away on its own, a couple miles later my cel comes on steady, my vsa, power steering, hill start assist, and on my imid it says "check emessions" i have read up on people running into the same problem and having to tune it bc the lightweight clutch messes up the harmonic balancer. just need some help from so who has experienced this. thank you!
