FIFA Mod manager Refuses to start

Hi everyone,
Today I tried launching FIFA Mod Manager, but it won’t open at all. Nothing happens when I start it.
After spending hours troubleshooting, I checked Event Viewer and found that it reports a KERNELBASE.dll error. The game itself isn’t the problem, as it launches and runs perfectly without Mod Manager.
I’ve already tried a fresh installation of FIFA Mod Manager, but it still refuses to start.
Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix a KERNELBASE.dll error with FIFA Mod Manager? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
