Ryzen 7 7800x3D overheating I think?

It’s on 50-60 degrees Celsius on desktop with nothing running and reaches 80-90 degrees when I game
Is it normal? Is there a fix? It’s a new pc I got it yesterday
I use antec luna 360 AIO
