Seeking tattoo artist recommendations (cover up)

I’m looking for a tattoo artist to work with me for a small cover up. I have a stick & poke tattoo of 2 words a little higher than my rib cage. Black ink but fine(ish) lines.
I have a few ideas of what I’d like for this new piece, but obviously would defer to the artist’s knowledge of what would cover best. I’m imagine this would be a custom piece where the artist and I collaborate on design.
Looking for someone who works in neo-traditional and/or illustrative styles. Def prefer to work with women artist or queer artists, but not a hard requirement.

I’m in Nassau county, but willing to travel for the right artist. Would appreciate and recommendations!
