are the new Ultra plans way lower in capacity than the previous Ultra plans for Claude?

I got the email like many of you that accounts were going away July 7th.. i re-subscribed using a personal account. same $199/mo AI Ultra plan. but now I keep hitting my capacity WAYY faster than before. I never even saw 'weekly' capacity before. and i had to do a ton of work to be anywhere near the 5 hour window. anyone else seeing this? is this the end of the road for claude via Antigravity?
